Completely satisfied with the overall experience we received from James nothing was too much trouble he answered all our questions he kept us up to date on the progress of our car before delivery and came in on his day off for handover.

The staff that I dealt with were very helpful and courteous throughout the process. Top marks to both Jane and Josh. That said the purchase process did seem to be overly complicated with a large amount of paperwork to be reviewed and signed.

Sandal Huddersfield is a good branch, friendly. Often I work there as my car is been serviced / other, very peaceful and the staff always check in on you. Kim is very friendly.

1. Connection to the wifi at the Huddersfield Sandal BMW is not easy. The wifi setup definitely needs to be fixed. 2. I waited a few hrs at the garage whilst my car was in repair. There are several TVs but none of them are tuned to any channels.

Took a day extra to replace a tyre which they did not have in stock in order for the vehicle to pass an MOT. The dealer will not provide a service plan as I did not buy the vehicle from themselves!

We arrived in the early afternoon to be told that my car was finished and just needed a wash. We had to wait two hours before paying for the service. When we returned to the car, the dash cam was still unplugged. We later found a fault with the car.

Got my car booked In promptly. New handy key drop off at reception. Had a call around lunch with explanation of the work that needed doing. Car was washed, vacuumed and ready to go by 5pm. Perfect ????

The man who booked the initial appointment was not very accommodating. The lady I spoke to on arrival and managed the booking, did not communicate with me - just sent a random email at 4pm, so I called immediately, too late for anything..

The car was taken in due to a noise coming from the engine, I called them up after picking it back up to say the noise is worse then ever. I have to wait 2 weeks to get it back in... the car sounds like a tractor 21 plate. Not happy at all.

Had a leak around the microphone in the roof lining. I collected my car after the work had been done and rebooked my car in again because still leaking from microphone and now from sunroof. The car is worse now than before when you worked on it.

I was told it would take two hours, or around 1 hour 30 minutes without a wash. I waited on-site, but it took 2 hours 15 minutes and the car wasn't washed and was poorly vacuumed. No apology or explanation. Maybe they stopped for lunch.
